Because I sell a limited amount of the items i produce, Please understand that I may not be able to offer you a replacement for an item you have bought from me. (if they have sold out) In that case i can offer you a refund.
If you did not opt for Insured/trackable Shipping and your package is confirmed to be lost/missing by the shipping provider (package is not deemed lost if it doesn't arrive by a stipulated date as delays do occur) a refund on the retail price of your order that does not include cost of shipping OR a maximum of 400kr whichever is lower, will be offered.
If you opted for Insured/trackable Shipping and your parcel is confirmed to be lost/missing by the shipping provider (package is not deemed lost if it doesn't arrive by a stipulated date as delays do occur) a refund on the full value of your order minus cost of shipping will be offered.
I always make an extra effort to make sure your items are packed safely but in the case your item arrives damaged, please send me a photo of the damage item together with the packaging it arrived in within 7 days from receiving your package. After confirmation that damage is due to inadequate packaging and not mishandling by the postal carrier, I will be happy to offer you a full refund on your order,(minus cost of shipping) after you have shipped the item back to me again.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, first off, I am so sorry for the mix up! Please contact me and I will try my best to resolve the issue with you.
Exchanges are not accepted unless a mistake was made in your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
-Custom or personalized orders
